Scrambled Egg

1 egg
1 microwave safe bowl
1 fork
Microwave

Break the egg into the microwave safe bowl. Discard the egg shell. Use the fork to whip the egg yolk until the clear and yellow parts of the yolk are mixed.

Place the bowl into the microwave for 1 minute. Keep an eye on the egg to be sure it doesn't start to dry up. When the egg is done wait a minute before removing it from the microwave because the bowl may be very hot. Enjoy.

 

Grilled Cheese

2 slices of bread
butter
2 slices of cheese
Microwave Safe Plate
Toaster Oven
Microwave

Toast both slices of bread in the toaster. Spread butter on both slices when toast is done. Place a slice of cheese on top of the buttered side of each piece of toast.

Make a sandwich by placing each piece of toast together, both slices of cheese should be touching. Place on microwave safe plate and into the microwave for about 1 minute. Allow the sandwich to cool for approximately 1 minute and then, enjoy.

 

Easy Soft Serve Ice Cream

Vanilla Ice Cream
Bowl
Spoon
A little muscle

Spoon vanilla ice cream into the bowl. Here is where the muscle comes in. Begin stirring the vanilla ice cream until it becomes very smooth. Enjoy.

 

Popsicles

Prepared Koolaid
Ice Tray
Toothpicks
Freezer

Gather all items near your sink. Carefully pour the Koolaid into the ice tray. Lean one toothpick into each sqaure so that a bit of the toothpick sticks out. Place ice tray into the freezer where it won't get knocked around. Wait a few hours for the Koolaid to freeze. Gently twist the ice tray to loosten your popsicles. Enjoy.

 

Pizza on a Bun

1 Hamburger Bun
Jar of Pizza Sauce
Shredded Cheese
Microwave Safe Plate
Microwave

Pepperoni : Optional
Additional Toppings : Optional

Place hamburger bun spread apart, white side up on the microwave safe plate. Spread a little pizza sauce onto each half of the hamburger bun. Sprinkle on shredded cheese and any additional toppings you desire. Place into microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Keep an eye on the pizza and remove when the cheese is melted and all toppings are hot. Let it sit for about one minute to cool off. Enjoy.
